ARMY TO SHOOT STRAY DOGS IN MASVINGO

Masvingo City Council has resolved to engage the services of the Zimbabwe National Army to shoot stray dogs in residential areas.

Ward 1 Councilor Sabina Chikwangwani urged council management not to notify residents when they come to shoot stray dogs.
