DEMBARE GREAT FOUND NOT GUILTY

 Former Dynamos defender, Stanley ‘Samora’ Chirambadare has been found not guilty of aggravated indecent assault.

Harare regional magistrate Themba Kuwanda ruled that while he might have committed the offence, the State failed to prove its case because its evidence was marred with inconsistencies.

 He ruled that the evidence was contradictory and the doctor’s findings were inconclusive.
