President Mugabe has left Harare for Papua New Guinea to attend the eight African, Caribbean and Pacific group of states (ACP) summit of heads of state and government.
President Mugabe is set to join other heads of state and government at the summit which runs from the 30th of this month to the 1st of next month.
President Mugabe is being accompanied by the First Lady, Grace Mugabe and Industry and Commerce Minister Cde Mike Bimha.
He was seen off at the Harare International Airport by Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa, Defence Minister Dr Sydney Sekeramayi, Home Affairs Minister Dr Ignatius Chombo, Transport and Infrastructural Deputy Minister Engineer Michael Madanha, Minister of State for Harare Metropolitan Cde Miriam Chikukwa, Chief Secretary to the Office of the President and Cabinet Dr Misheck Sibanda, service chiefs and other senior government officials.
